After passing the lawyer's college entrance examination and the fourth-class clerk's judicial special examination (ranked 6th in the country), Mr. Chen Yi'an first served as the clerk of the review section of the Supreme Administrative Court, responsible for handling various review operations of administrative litigation cases in the court, so Mr. Chen Yi'an has a clear understanding of the handling process of litigation cases in the court, the key points of trial, and the precautions for writing litigation pleadings.
During his service, Mr. Chen was responsible for the business handling and litigation counseling services of the court's mediation room, and also laid a solid foundation for Mr. Chen Yi'an's mediation skills, and accumulated a large number of experience in counseling and handling litigation and non-litigation cases.
In addition to being familiar with general civil, criminal and administrative litigation, Mr. Chen Yi'an also has profound experience in handling car accident cases, medical disputes (human doctors, veterinarians), engineering cases, family cases (divorce, child custody, distribution of residual property) and other types of litigation cases. In criminal cases, Mr. Chen also has considerable experience in investigation and trial, and can provide the best litigation strategy and direction for the client.
In the past legal services, Mr. Chen has always been on the front line to contact the public, which makes Mr. Chen more empathetic, from the perspective of the parties to look at each case, understand the goals that the parties want to achieve, and then analyze the parties from the perspective of legal professionalism, formulate the best litigation strategy, and strive for the best interests of the parties.
