Attorney Lin graduated from the Judicial Group of the Law Department of the College of Law and Business of National Chung Hsing University (now Taipei University). He has served as a judicial assistant in the Changhua District Court and the Taichung High Court, and has served as the chairman of the Changhua Bar Association.

Attorney Lin has handled more than 150 environmental criminal cases and environmental administrative cases (Waste Disposal Act, Water Pollution Prevention Act, Air Pollution Control Act, Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act, etc.). He has extensive experience in environmental litigation practice and is familiar with the current practices in the industry, which can save a lot of time for communication and discussion.

Regarding corporate risk control and crisis management, Mr. Lin is good at considering all aspects comprehensively, using timeliness, minimal damage, and best interests as the principles for resolving disputes, rather than simply resolving crises and disputes through litigation.

Since he started practicing, Lawyer Lin has always stood in the client's shoes, empathized with the client's thoughts and feelings, and sought the best way to help the client solve the problem as quickly as possible.
